If the incorrect customer has been selected when creating a sales order, it is not possible to edit the customer. Is it possible for this feature to be included? The customer can be edited in Pronto, however, that change does not appear to come through to inFIR.

Hi Anthony,
Currently, there are multiple steps involved in this process, as the sales order has passed its information on to other child records, which sometimes need to be updated manually. For this reason, InFIR support is changing the customer at this time.
It is possible that reports would need to be revised and re-submitted to the correct customer code which is a complication in automating the process.
