Currently if a client requests a report to be resent to them (after it has been sent from the system previously) - we have to download the report and then attach manually to an email. This is very labour intensive when they have requested multiple reports (I have just received a request for 60 to be sent!) Could I suggest an option on Infir to resend a report to the email address on file. Best case would be the option to resend ALL reports for a job, or a single report.

Hi Susan,
This is a great idea. We are currently very close to having our document management system (DMS) up and running, and all reports will start to be uploaded into it. Customers can log in and search for specific reports, or reports related to a certain job, and download them from there.
This won't have historic reports however, so I'll bring up this request in our team meeting tomorrow 👍🏼
