Next Inspection dates on PV Reports (not suitable for service)

It would be great if I could enter (for future reference) next inspection dates
and specifically reference previous report number on not suitable for service reports. If I have done an external inspection only and the vessel is only not suitable for service due to overdue PSV for instance, whenever the client gets that tested I will revise the report to reflect suitable for service, at which time i will need to dig through old emails trying to find the previous report and previous inspection date. It would be a much better workflow if I could simply fill this in at the time of the inspection. Fine if it becomes greyed out after ticking no, do not want it to be shown on the report, just so long as it is there when I update the report in the future.
