Site notes report to include the previous survey, analyst and reviewer notes, so that request for additional information (e.g confirm speed, cross phase required) which has been added to the report notes can be seen by the Tech. The next survey could be 2-3 months or a different technician.

It has no issue technically. The report note will be very heavy for some bug sites.

It only needs to be notes corresponding to the previous survey. Maybe add a checkbox to include like the contacts etc.
